Evaluating the Quality of Fruit Juice by using Tukey Test
Tukey's test is a single-step multiple comparison procedure and statistical test. It can be used on raw data or in conjunction with an ANOVA to find means that are significantly different from each other. The aim of this research work was to evaluate the quality of fruit juice. The experiments were constituted of two harvest seasons and seven maturation stages, with 10 repetitions. The results were evaluated through the Tukey test at a 5% probability level.
