Construction Technology of Artificial Plant Community in Ecological Garden Green Space System

Ecological garden green space system is the only component in the urban ecosystem with self-purification
function and a subsystem of negative feedback mechanism. It plays an irreplaceable role in other urban
infrastructures in improving environmental quality, maintaining urban ecological balance, and beautifying the
landscape. Therefore, the quality of the plant community directly determines its function of improving the urban
ecological environment and the quality of the plant landscape. The purpose of this article is to solve the problem
of constructing artificial plant communities in ecological garden green space systems. Based on the theory of
vegetation ecology, the relationship between the establishment of urban artificial plant communities and the
urban ecological environment is analyzed. The results show that from the perspective of overall community
appearance, the proportion of evergreen deciduous tree species is 1: 1.23, and the proportion of coniferous and
broad-leaved tree species is 1: 8.12. The numbers of shrubs and shrubs in artificial garden communities of
ecological gardens and green spaces were 151, 150 and 248, respectively. Among the 170 plant communities,
arbor-irrigated grass community, arbor-grass structural community, and arbor-irrigated structure community
accounted for 65.9%, 24%, and 10.1%, respectively. Therefore, when constructing artificial plant communities,
it is necessary to use urban ecological theory, landscape architecture theory, and system engineering methods as
the means to improve and maintain a good urban ecological environment as the goal, and rationally plan and lay
out the urban green space system. The combination of surface, vertical, embedded, and ring will establish an
urban ecological green network.
