Empirical Analysis of the Impact Index of Agricultural Product Supply Chain Risk on Agricultural Economic Development

Abstract

In order to explore the risk characteristics of the agricultural product supply chain under the application of the
Internet of Things, the risk factors of the agricultural product supply chain are identified based on the theoretical
model of the Internet of Things hierarchy, and the four dimensions of perception layer risk, transmission layer
risk, application layer risk and other risks are established. Hierarchical model of risk sources of agricultural
product supply chain in a networked environment. Aiming at the lack of risk information of agricultural product
supply chain and the ambiguity of risk attributes in the Internet of Things environment, triangular fuzzy
numbers were used to express the expert's semantic judgment results. A method for analyzing the source of
agricultural product supply chain risks in the Internet of Things environment based on triangular fuzzy numbers
was established and an example is used to verify the established method. Based on the evaluation and analysis
of the agricultural product supply chain system, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze and
evaluate the risk factors in the agricultural product supply chain system. The research shows that the method can
establish a risk model for the supply chain of agricultural products under the Internet of Things technology.
Finally, an econometric model is constructed, with the gross agricultural production value as the explanatory
variable, the added value of the agricultural product supply chain as the explanatory variable, and the total
power of agricultural machinery and agricultural fixed asset investment as the controlling variables. The results
show that the level of agricultural product supply chain development has a significant positive impact on the
level of agricultural economic development. For every 1% increase in the level of agricultural product supply
chain risk assessment, the level of agricultural economic development will increase by 0.35%.
