Abstract

Rice combine harvester is a relatively complex agricultural machinery in agricultural machinery. Its cropping
environment is harsh, complicated, and changeable. It has a large load and continuous operation time, and its
failure rate is much higher than other machinery. Correct analysis and timely treatment of failures in the field
operation of the combine harvester are not only conducive to harvesting crops, but can also restore certain
economic losses to the owners and farmers. This article analyzes the harvesting task and the movement of the
medium during the harvesting process, describes the movement rules and behavior of the material during the
harvesting process, and theoretically analyzes and designs the harvesting device to determine the structure of the
harvester barrel. The optimal scheme, and secondly, the main structural parameters and working parameters of
the test prototype are analyzed, and the factors such as the rotation speed of the harvesting drum of the harvester,
the installation angle of the stirring blades, the number of stirring blade groups and the harvest time are
determined by single factor experiments Reasonable value range of each factor. The multi-factor orthogonal test
was used to obtain the degree of influence of each parameter on the test index. The solution was optimized to
determine the first solution: the rotation speed of the harvesting drum was 0.6 m / s, the installation angle of the
mixing blade was 15 °, and the number of mixing blade groups was determined. 3; and scheme two: the
matching speed of the harvesting drum is 1.0 m / s, the installation angle of the stirring blade is 25 °, and the
number of the mixing blade group 3 is reasonable.
